The investment for the Hosted Desktop from Hosted Desktop UK Limited is from £35 per user per month plus VAT and a small “one-off” set up fee.
The monthly investment of £35 plus VAT includes loading all your existing application software such as Digita, Iris, CCH or Sage etc., AND loading all updates as received from your application providers, removing this massive chore from yourselves.
When you first come on board, as part of the small one-off set up fee, we uplift all your existing data to our data servers.
Other systems are available on a monthly fee basis, for instance the latest version of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange to include synchronised calendars, Microsoft SQL and full backups. For prices please contact us.
We can also host your own developed /sourced websites for an additional £3 per month plus VAT.
You have no capital costs, so you don't need to find thousands of pounds every three-to-four years to pay for new servers, licensing and desktops. Your monthly service fee is 100% tax-deductable and VAT-allowable.
