Anderson is educated to degree level and is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). He has worked in the IT industry for over 18 years and is experienced in International IT Project Management.


Jason Dumenil – Technical Support Engineer

Eighteen years’ experience in the IT industry, including thirteen years working for an international airline providing technical support.

Russell has over 10 years’ experience in the IT support sector and customer service. Prior to joining, he worked in an IT role in a variety of companies, and is always pushing himself to learn as much as he can about the industry.

Brian was our first 2020 employee and has over forty years’ experience in the IT industry, covering Banking, Local Government, Utilities, NHS and Manufacturing.

Robert Norton

Robert Norton – Technical Support Engineer

Robert has 5 years IT experience covering Local Government, Schools, an International Airline and the NHS. ITIL and SDI qualified. Distinction* in Level 3 ICT and Completed a Level 3 Business & Administration Apprenticeship

William Ager

William Ager – Technical Project Lead

Will has worked in IT for an international airline for over 10 years, the last 5 of which he was responsible for the management of the Service desk. Prior to moving into IT for the airline he was working for them in a customer facing role.
Will is a Chartered Manager and is also ITIL Qualified.

Nick Miller

Nick Miller – Cloud Sales Executive

Nick has 10 years’ experience of customer service and sales within the financial market. He has joined the team as a Cloud Sales Executive, and is looking forward to building relationships with our customers.

Becky joined us from a major south-west transport and distribution organisation. She has worked in an accounts role since 2015 and is currently studying towards AAT Level 4 qualification.

Thomas Antcliff – IT Apprentice

Thomas joined the team in March 2019 as an IT apprentice; he is currently studying towards a degree in Networking and Infrastructure and has a CompTIA Network+ Certification.

David Holvey

David Holvey – IT Apprentice

David is compTIA A+ certified and is currently studying a level 3 infrastructure technician apprenticeship at Exeter college, as well as working towards a compTIA Nework+ certification.
He enjoys the variety, challenges and constant learning that a role in IT provides.

Callum Mitchell

Callum Mitchell – IT Apprentice

Callum is the newest member of the apprentice team and joined in early September 2019. He previously worked in customer-focused roles and is now directing his love of IT into his career.
