Hosted Desktop UK is partnered with The Bunker Secure Hosting who provide us with the data centre infrastructure in which our systems are housed. They operate two of the most secure sites in Europe, and possibly the world, which are located within the UK in former Ministry of Defence underground nuclear bunkers, providing the highest levels of both physical and virtual security. All transmissions over the internet to and from our systems are made using industry standard SSL encryption, the same as is used for online banking and payments systems. Additional protection is provided by enterprise grade firewalls on our network, with anti-virus software and intrusion detection on our systems to monitor and block any unauthorised access.

Hosted Desktop UK’s services are backed up by an award winning UK based telephone and online support team who won in the category ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ in the Exeter Express and Echo Business Awards 2014. In addition to the first and second line support supplied by our team members the judges were impressed by our in-house developed real-time customer support rating system ‘Stars’, after each interaction with a member of our team clients are requested to rate their experience in the ranges 1 (not so good) 2-3 (just ok) 4-5 (great). The team received 98.78% of ratings in the 4-5 range over the six month period from April to September 2014.
